Shipping & Returns

@ FedEx For All Domestic Orders

FedEx is our preferred carrier and all domestic orders are shipped by FedEx. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

You will be able to view the estimated shipping cost in the shopping cart before checking out or simply clicking on the “Estimated Shipping” tab at the bottom of the page. In some cases the actual shipping cost will be less than the estimated cost. For orders that contain a larger number of items, the estimated charge may be more than the actual cost. In these cases, we will adjust the shipping cost on your invoice prior to charging your credit card. Should you be concerned with the shipping cost, please add a comment to your order and we will contact you as soon as the actual shipping charge is calculated.



@ Address Correction Fee & Return Shipping Charge

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. There will be an additional charge of $10 to your account if FedEx makes an address correction. If the order is returned to us, you will be charged for 50% of the extra shipping fee imposed by FedEx.


@ Shipping Rules and Regulations

  • Please note that we usually ship within one business days after receiving the order. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately.
  • Orders that specify Overnight delivery will arrive on or before the third business day from the order date.
  • Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • All deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address.
  • The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country. 

@ US Postal Service (USPS) - For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International Customers Only

If your shipping destination is Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or international locations out of US, then we will use USPS as your shipping method which is most cost effective.

  • We will make the appropriate changes to your order and adjust the shipping cost appropriately.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated on a combined basis of weight, value, and destination.

*** Please note US Postal Service (USPS) shipments cannot be reliably tracked online and may take longer to reach their destination. The process to file a claim for a mislaid parcel is also slower and more cumbersome with USPS than with FedEx. ***


@ International Shipping 

Shipping charge for international orders varies by country. Shipping charge to your country will automatically be calculated at checkout. If you require special instructions, please send e-mail to contact@wholesale24x7.com.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.


@ Return Policy
  • In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, send e-mail to us at contact@wholesale24x7.com within 7 days of delivery. Elegant Essence has the option to service first, repair or exchange the damaged piece.
  • Please make sure that you are returning the item within 14 days of receipt. Items received after the 14-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you and you will be charged additional shipping. Should we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
  • In the event of a "no fit" or "customer changed mind" situation on stock merchandise, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, which includes a 15% restocking charge. We will pick up and issue a refund (minus shipping and handling charge) if Elegant Essence is notified within 7 days of delivery.
  • S&H fees are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned or exchanged merchandise back to us, unless it is to exchange damaged merchandise for identical products. For damaged merchandise, we will pay for return shipping costs and send replacement items at no additional shipping charge.

  • Final Sale Merchandise
    Certain deeply discounted merchandise has been marked on the site with a Final Sale tag. In these cases, the prices are so low that we cannot accept the merchandise for return. Final Sale items are clearly marked throughout the site.

@ Returning Merchandise
  • Contact us to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Indicate the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s) for the merchandise you wish to send back, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  • Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the copy of invoice.
  • Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package.
  • Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
